In this conversion, Tomita
asks Tamaki.
Do want to have a coffee? - [Co fui no mu?]
And, Tamki replied "Yes, please"- [hai i
ta da ki ma su] in Japanese.
Co fui no mu is casual way of asking. So, it literally
means "Want to have a coffee" rather than
"Would you like to have a coffee?".
On the other hand, tamaki replied more politely, as
he was asked by his boss.
Thus, his reply is "Yes, please"
In this Japanese writting, we have shown you how to

the difference, but the word coffee (the first 4 characters)
are written with the Katakan
scripts.

What does a dash(-) represent?
If you read the article of Katakana, you can
understand the reson why we used the Katakana script to write
Coffee in Japanese. Remember that Katakana is used to write
foreign (mainly English) words, The pronunciation is adapted
to suit Japanese pronunciation rules buy you can usually recognize
the word once you have read it correctly.
The word, Coffee, is originally coming from foreign
county. That is why we used the Katakana script.
If you look at the above writting, you may also
notice that we have a dash (-) after the Ko Katakana symbol
and Hi Katakana symbol. It means that you lengthen the sound
of that symbol.
